When we say "full-service," we mean
it! To be precise, we see full-service as:
The whole enchilada. The full boat. The big banana.
(Hopefully, as communications professionals, were making our
point clear here.) Many firms call themselves "full-service."
Usually full-service means they come up with creative ideas for
ads or for brochures and they get them placed or printed. But when
you ask them to develop a marketing plan or source ad specialty,
they are working outside of their comfort zoneor wont/cant
do it.
